This is the Second Edition of the biannual NASA Workforce Transition Strategy, first released as an Initial Report in March 2008. This October 2008 update reflects the continuity of NASAs workforce data since the release of the Initial Report. As expected, the workforce figures have changed little since March 2008; in those cases where NASA has updated data, changes are reflected in the caveats beneath the tables on pages 26 and 27.
