An investigation of the ability of different strains of Clostridium botulinum type F to grow and produce toxin at simulated refrigeration temperatures.nTo study the factors involved in the formation of C. botulinum type F toxin and its appearance in culture supernates.nTo determine the D-dose for C. botulinum type F spores in fish homogenate and laboratory media and, if time permits, to correlate this with the fat content of the medium.
