Invariant Cross Sections for the Inclusive Reactions Antipp Implies pi exp + +X and Antipp Implies p+X at 22.4 GeV/C

The invariant inclusive cross sections for pi exp + mesons and protons from antipp reactions at 22.4 GeV/c are presented. The average multiplicity for pi exp + meson and proton production is 1.92+-0.02 and 0.41+-0.02, respectively. The annihilation spectra have been approximated using the difference between antipp and pp data. The resulting distributions have similar features as the total antipp data.
