Dynamics of an Extremal Control System Invariant to Perturbation

The dynamics and stability of a continuous invariant (with respect to disturbances) extremal control system with synchronous detection of disturbances and with harmonic searching for signals is analyzed in the case where the controlled object has a variable delay, under the assumption that variations in the parameters of the controlled object are sufficiently small (quasi-stationary regime). The control process is optimized with respect to disturbances by continuous automatic adjustment of the correcting device parameters (with respect to their deviations). The problem of the stability of the adjusting process is analyzed for both channels and the stability conditions are established on the basis of the derived equations. It is pointed out that the method used and the results obtained can be used in analyzing certain classes of self-adjusting systems. (Author)
