A set of user oriented computer programs for structural analysis was developed in conjunction with the International Symposium on Structural Mechanics Software which was held at the University of Maryland in June, 1974. This report describes the use and operation of those programs which were resident on the University of Maryland computer system. These programs include: ELAS/VISCEL SAP3, SAAS3, SATANS, CHILES, VAMP, SADSYS. The computer code for these programs may be obtained from ASIAC, Flight Dynamics Laboratory, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio; and, the documentation may be obtained from the authors. This volume includes all available documentation on the program preprocessors.
