DSM Opens R&D Facilities in Shanghai/Completes Expansion in Germany

ZWOLLE,the Netherlands - DSM has announced it is opening new R&D facilities for powder coating resins in Shanghai,China.The facilities will feature chemical synthesis as well as application testing.The laboratory will be operational as of January 2008.
