UK-Multinational fragrance and flavours company Belmay Fragrances has acquired The Independent Fragrance Company, based in the UK. The acquisition will enable Belmay to strategically strengthen its interantional position, particularly in the Far East and Eastern Europe, where Independent Fragrances has considerable presence.
