The device has an external connector that exists on a mobile telephone in a standby mode and from which an electrical signal consecutive to a call is acquired. The device allows to emit a ring tone which is obtained from the received signal. The received signal is an output signal sampled by the device on the existing external connector of a radiotelephone allowing a connection of a battery charger to the mobile telephone.
