METHOD FOR PROVIDING RING-TONE SIGNAL THROUGH ORIGINATION MSC IN A MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK, PARTICULARLY FOR ENABLING AN ORIGINATION MSC TO PROVIDE RING TONE SIGNAL TO AN ORIGINATION TERMINAL FOR QUICK INFORMATION ON CALL PROCEEDING WHEN THE ORIGINATION TERMINAL ORIGINATES A CALL
PURPOSE: A method for providing a ring-tone signal through an origination MSC in a mobile communication network is provided to prevent a mute phenomenon when a call is originated. CONSTITUTION: An MS(Mobile Station)-A(10) originates a call to an MS-B(20). The MS-B(20) is paged and subjected to security according to interworking between an MSC Server-A(14) and an MSC Server-B(24). An RB is set between an MGW(Media Gateway)-A(18) and an MGW-B(26) according to interworking between the MSC Server-A(14) and the MGW-A(18) and between the MSC server-B(24) and the MGW-B(26). An RB is set between an RNC-A(12) and the MGW-A(18). A ring-tone signal is generated from the MSC server-A(14) and transmitted to the MS-B(20) via an RNC-A(12). An RB is set between the RNC-B(22) and the MGW-B(26). When call connection to the MS-B(20) is made, transmission of the ring-tone signal from the MSC server-B(24) is stopped and a call is processed between the MS-A(10) and the MS-B(20).
