FRA plans to propose two-person-minimum train crews

Washington - The Federal Railroad Administration announced on April 9 its intent to propose a rule that would require a minimum of two crewmem-bers for most train operations. Current FRA regulations do not require a minimum number of crew-members for passenger, freight or hazardous materials operations.
