PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly allocate crews to a scheduling and arrangement plan (schedule diagram line for crews) against a vehicle arrangement plan (schedule diagram lines for trains).;SOLUTION: In this system, unallocated lines in the vehicle arrangement plan to meet the requirements for restriction in working are allocated to the crews based on the information on the crews who can ride on and engage the work against lines as routes held by stations where the crews can be changed in the predicted traveling routes of trains in the vehicle arrangement plan. The system comprises a crew information holding means 105 holding the schedule information on the allocable crews and a crew scheduling and arrangement plan preparation means 104 allocating the crews against the lines held by the vehicle arrangement plan by using the information held in the means, allocating the crews when the number of the allocable crew representatives is single, and when it is plural, the appropriateness of each crew representative is obtained by an evaluation formula and allocating excellent crews.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
