摘要

According to the own nature and its related optical characteristics of Nd:YVO4 crystal, a set of compact all-solid-state laser system at 457 nm was designed. At the same time the parameters of the temperature control system and the resonant cavity were also optimized. Based on the realization of Nd:YVO4 laser crystal operation at 914nm wavelength, 457 nm laser output were obtained by intracavity frequency doubling with LBO and BIBO crystal. The M-2 factor was 1.38 and 1.57 by the LBO and BIBO intracavity frequency doubling experiments. Under the pump power of 24.3W, the output power of 2.34W and 1.56W is obtained, respectively, with the same experimental condition. The optical-to-optical efficiency is 9.74% and 6.45%.
