Dallas' Eagle Materials Inc. (NYSE: EXP) has agreed to pay $225 million in cash for CRS Proppants LLC, a Houston-based provider of northern white fracturing sand. The company's subsidiaries were also acquired, including Great Northern Sand LLC.
