AWE to enter new Indonesian LPG project

Unveiling his so-called fifth leg,Australian Worldwide Exploration Ltd's managing director Bruce Phillips has announced the company had signed a conditional heads of agreement with the owners of PT Ogspiras Basya Pratama (OBP) for the acquisition of a 90% interest.While subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals,the deal would see AWE shoulder 100% of the remaining capital expenditure on the Kilang LPG extraction plant,near Palembang in South Sumatra.
