MAXI STEEL GROUP MULLS IPO IN 2009-2010

(Interfax) - Maxi Steel Group is considering an initial public offering (IPO) in 2009 or the middle of 2010, Nikolai Maximov, the Yekaterinburg-based group's president, told a press conference on March 13 at the Interfax head office in Moscow.Maximov did not go into any more details about the offering, saying it was too soon for that.The group plans to offer a debut 3-billion ruble bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on March 16 in 2006. Maximov said he expected yield on the bonds to be 11 percent annually.
