摘要

We consider a model of the stability zone where the tangential compression forces are transferred in the final passes while profiling thin-walled blanks. Critical values of compression forces transferred on the side of roll steps to the strip ends are determined from the equations of the theory of plates. We study the influence of the blank tension, parameters of roll tooling, and geometry of the bending zone based upon the stability of a thin-walled flange loaded by compression forces in the final passes of roll pairs of the shaping tool.
