摘要

We study the effect of combined sensitization/activation solutions on chemical deposition of ultrafinegrained composite coatings based on copper and anatase titania on diamond powders. The surface sensitization/activation parameters influence the deposition kinetics of copper and composite coatings, determining the copper nucleation rate and making a special contribution to the predetermination of the dispersivity of components and the morphology of coatings.
