摘要

The complex formation of Cu(II) bisacetylacetonate with dialkylaminomethylcalix[4]resorcino-larenes involves no elimination of phenol protons and yields an electroneutral 1:1 complex with one of teh dialkylaminomethyl group of the calix[4]resorcinolarene entering inthe equatorial plane of the first coordination sphere of Cu(II).The stability of the adduct decreases with increasing alkyl chain length in the alkyl-aminomethyl substituents of calix[4]resorcinolarene.The spatially ordered structure of dialkylaminomethyl-calix[4]resorcinolarene ensures a much higher stability of the adduct compared with analogous 2-dimethyl-aminomethylphenol complex via additional outer-sphere interactions of Cu(II) bisacetylacetonate with the macroring.
