Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship: IX.~1 Estimation of log P for some Peptides

Based on the previously described quantitative structure-activity relationship, estimations were made for the distribution factor (log P) in the octanol-water system of amides of N-acetyl peptides and peptides containing up to five amino acid residues. Data for di-and tripeptides reasonably agree with the available experimental data.
