Any one who attends the International Conference on Polymer Blends, Composites being organised every year by the School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India cannot go without noticing the impressive crowd of foreign delegates who are actively involved in all the proceedings of the event.
