Change in choroidal thickness after chemotherapy in leukemic choroidopathy.

A 52-year-old man with a new diagnosis of acute lymphocytic leukemia presented with decreased visual acuity and positive central scotoma in both eyes. Dilated fundus examination revealed discrete, non-shifting serous detachment of the macula bilaterally. Fluorescein angiography (Figure 1) showed subtle multifocal pinpoint leaks in each eye, resulting in faint late pooling in the areas of serous detachment.
