Anti-reflective coating compositions

Photoresist compositions are used in microlithography for making miniaturised components, such as computer chips and integrated circuits. Generally a solventborne coating is applied to the surface to be imaged, dried, baked and then exposed to radiation in an image wise manner. After imaging the coated substrate is treated with a developer to remove the exposed or unexposed areas.
