摘要

In present study, double-layer anti-reflective coating of Al2O3/In2O3 and three layers of TiO2/Al2O3/In2O3 in which Al2O3 is in conic form have been investigated on silicon substrate. Also it comprised with silicon-based solar cell without antireflection coating and finally the superior mode was determined. Al2O3 have been considered in nano-conic form. A plane wave in the wavelength range from 300 to 1100 nm was used as the input source at temperature of 300K. The simulations were carried out and the values of reflection, absorption, short-circuit current density, open circuit voltage and fill factor were calculated and finally efficiency was calculated for each structure. Simulation studies showed that TiO2/In2O3/conic Al2O3 have lower reflection, higher absorption and higher efficiency. (C) 2017 Published by Elsevier GmbH.
