Once again we ask ourselves what happened to the year. For many it has passed in a blur of frenzied work activity focused on repairing and re-growing a business which was brutally mauled by the GFC. And the GFC left in its wake many changed work practices resulting involving cost cutting exercises, a forensic look at what the company actually wantseeds to achieve and maybe a repositioning of the entire business. Depending on what lens you use to see the world, this could be an opportunity or a threat.
