PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a challenge support system, a challenge support method and a challenge support program for providing information for activating a user's activity. SOLUTION: The challenge information storage unit 24 for recording information on a user's challenge content, challenge situation, and emotional change, and a control unit 21 connected to a user terminal 10 are provided. Then, the control unit 21 acquires the challenge situation in the challenge content of the user, and when the intermediate result in the challenge situation changes beyond the reference value range, the control unit 21 acquires the emotional change of the user from the user terminal 10 to obtain the emotional change and the allowable range.
