Tethyan's wannabe suitor - which made its bid for the Australian junior during the first half of 2005 - had delivered its own missive to stockholders, saying (amongst other things) that the West Perth-based exploration house had "rushed" with "indecent haste" into a counter deal with publicly-listed Antofagasta and BHP Billiton.
