Once upon a time, not long ago,in the village of Catskill,New York,there was a humdinger of a bride named Sara who wanted"no wedding cake"at her nuptials.She fancied crunchy,thick and sweet pies of apples.So she approached her lovely,about-to-be mother-in-law about making lots of whimsical homemade pies for the wedding.And so it came to be that instead of cake at their Katterskill Inn barn wedding,they enjoued a bride-and-groom apple pie and lots of apple pie pops.
