PURPOSE: Rice cake popped snack containing pork skin powder without fat, and a producing method thereof are provided to mix dough for rod shaped rice cake with the pork skin powder for extrude-molding. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice cake popped snack containing pork skin powder without fat comprises the following steps: mixing 85wt% of wet rice powder, 14wt% of pork skin powder, and 1wt% of sa steaming the mixture in an earthenware steamer for 15-20 minutes using steam at the temperature greater than 90 deg C; extruding the obtained rice cake into rod shaped rice cake; cutting the rod shaped rice cake into 5mm; and drying the rice cake slices before popping and packaging.
