FERC DISPOSES OF BATCH OF TARIFF- BASED SURCHARGE ALLOCATIONS AND FUEL COST ADJUSTMENTS SOUGHT BY SEVERAL INTERSTATE GAS PIPELINES

In the final week of March, FERC addressed via letter orders and delegated orders a batch of tariff records filed by a number of interstate natural gas pipelines involving, for the most part, pipeline surcharge cost allocations and fuel cost adjustments. These cases represent relatively obscure issues, with limited precedential value, but all of the proceedings were protested in some context. The orders are summarized below. One involves a non-conforming service agreement, and that is the first covered here.
