Italian major Eni has signed amended agreements with the Egyptian govenrnment for three concessions in which BP is a partner: Sinai 12 and Abu Madi, North Port Said and Baltim. The company also signed a new agreement for the Ashrafi concession, which will develop in partnership with France’s Engie. The four agreements will require USD 2 billion of investment, with the concessions to be developed over the next four years, Eni said.
