Hong Kong-based CLP Holdings subsidiary EnergyAustralia has sold its entire stake in the Iona gas processing plant in Victoria, Australia to Queensland Investment Corporation for AUD 1.78 billion (USD 1.28 billion). The processing plant supplies both the state of Victoria and other southern Australian states. The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2015, CLP said.
