The present paper continues with discussions based on previous papers [1,2]. The four-dimensional form of the standard space-time theory is established, and its dynamical equation shown to meet the requirement for covariance of equations. The formulas of the standard space-time theory in a general coordinate system, in which any coordinate axis is not consistent with the direction of the characteristic velocity of the ordinary reference frame, are obtained
