PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute space-time information comprising high-accuracy time information and space information to a network. PSOLUTION: In this network space-time information distribution system, a space-time information distribution device 10 acquires the space information of the device from a GPS (Global Positioning System) signal received by a GPS antenna 11, generates a space-time information packet including the time information and the space information, and broadcasts it to a LAN 3 every correct second. A client terminal device 2 receives the space-time information packet from the LAN 3, and calculates a time conversion parameter to present time by use of time synchronous information in each reception time. The present time is calculated from the time information of the space-time information packet by use of the time conversion parameter as required, and client space information is acquired from the space information.
