FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of biophysics. Claimed are methods of determining space-time distribution of proteolytic enzyme activity in heterogeneous system, in accordance to which: provided is system in vitro, which contains sample of blood plasma, whole blood, water, lymph, colloidal solution, crystalloid solution or gel, and proteolytic enzyme or its precursor; fluorogenic, chromogenic or luminescent substrate for said enzyme id added; space distribution of signal of released substrate label is registered at specified time moments and space-time distribution of proteolytic enzyme activity is obtained by solving reverse problem of type "reaction-diffusion-convection" taking into account label binding with medium components.
