Capesize freight market finds new lows

The cost of freight in the Capesize market declined for the third consecutive week last week, as rates continued at multiyear lows. The cost of freight from west Australia has fallen to the lowest level since Argus began assessments, and reached a level the Baltic Exchange last recorded in 2002.
