Customers, dealers and the company alike benefit when the technicians working on vehicles are well-trained, both before starting their careers and in continuing to learn new technologies as they are added to motor vehicles. To this end, Mopar operates both the Mopar College Automotive Program (CAP) to educate new technicians and the corporation's training academy, where field technicians learn about the newest products as they are coming to market.
