JUKI Wins IPR Infringement Case in China

In regard to a civil1 suit JUKI Corporation filed against Japsew Corporation, which has manufactured J-377 sewing machines that infringed its patent and design rights in the MB-1370 series of button sewing machines and that sold them under the "Japsew" brand, the Shanghai No. I Intermediate People's Court ordered Japsew to compensate JUKI for damages and prohibited sales on December 17,2010.
