PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infringement verification system capable of verifying whether or not to infringe a right on an object represented by a three-dimensional shape.SOLUTION: A 3D data generation unit 81 generates 3D data of an invention relating to a patent, an idea or a design relating to a utility model, from a plan showing the patent, the utility model or the design that has been entitled. A storage unit 82 stores the generated 3D data. A verification unit 83 compares a similarity between the 3D data stored in the storage unit 82 and 3D data to be verified, and verifies whether the implementation of the object to be verified infringes the right on the patent, the utility model or the design that has been entitled or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
