Beef and cattle trade still unsettled

The United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA's) appeal of the preliminary injunction preventing the border from opening to live cattle was heard in the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals on July 13. The following day, the court issued an order reversing the preliminary injunction, thus reopening the border to live cattle at least temporarily.
