BEEF CATTLE FEED AND METHOD FOR FATTENING BEEF CATTLE USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beef cattle feed which can fatten into a beef cattle having a high fat-crossing degree and a large sirloin core area without affecting the body weight increase of the beef cattle, and to provide a method for fattening a beef cattle using the same. PSOLUTION: The beef cattle feed material is characterized by subjecting a culture medium composed of a main material and a suitable auxiliary material in a mass ratio of 7 to 9 : 3 to 1 to a hetero type culture using a lactic acid bacterium. The main material contains a waste mushroom bed after collecting mushrooms cultured in the mushroom bed, or/and the fruit bodies of the mushrooms. A beef cattle feed containing the beef cattle feed material in an amount of 15 to 25 mass% is given to beef cattle on the passage of suitable age in day after birth. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
