Exports of Urals crude from Russia’s Baltic ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga on 1-5 October are expected to be well down on the same period of September as more Russian refining capacity starts coming back on line after maintenance. Preliminary programmes for 1-5 October show Ust-Luga loading 584,000 b/d of Urals and Primorsk 730,000 b/d,each down by 292,000 b/d on 1-5 September levels.
