Seaborne crude exports from Russian ports receiving supply through the Transneft pipeline system are scheduled to drop by 2.8pc on the month to 2.37mn b/d (10.1mn t) in January. The decline in planned loadings at Baltic ports is partly a result of lower deliveries from Rosneft, as it boosts pipeline exports to Chinese state-owned CNPC through a spur from the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) system. The Baltic drop also reflects reduced supplies by Surgutneftegaz, which plans to increase crude runs at its 350,000 b/d Kirishi refinery.
