The Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC),Abdalla Salem El-Badri,and the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency(IEA),Nobuo Tanaka,will present keynotes at the OPEC/IEA Luncheon,one of the highlights of the 19th World Petroleum Congress.The OPEC/IEA Luncheon,which will takes place on the 2nd of July,is one of the most popular networking events of the Congress.
