Saudi Arabia is to push ahead with its plans for increasing its oil production capacity without taking account of the "short-term" drop in oil prices,according to Oil Minister Ali al- Naimi.In a speech to the Petrotech 2007 oil and gas conference held in New Delhi,Mr.al-Naimi added that investment decisions in the oil and gas industry were taken on a "very long-term" basis and not on the basis of short-term price fluctuations.
