SABIC signs MOU for China petchems complex

SABIC signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Tuesday with the provincial government of Fujian, China, to build a petrochemical complex in Fujian Province. SABIC says in a regulatory fling that the MOU sets out the framework of cooperation between the two parties to enable SABIC to develop a world-scale petrochemical complex in Fujian. The MOU does not have defnitive timelines, SABIC says.
