Introduction: Hair restoration surgery is one of the commonest cosmetic surgical procedures for men.1 The number of surgeries performed is rising every year.2 The grafts can be harvested from a donor area by "strip surgery" or "follicular unit extraction (FUE)." There have been many advances in FUE since its reintroduction in the hair restoration surgery. Many advanced techniques are available which guide the surgeons about the various methods of graft harvesting and other manipulative measures.3'4 These maneuvers have resulted in lower transection rates and higher yields.
