FUE Method for follicular transfer and transplantation based on follicular unit extraction

The present invention relates to a method for follicular transfer and transplantation based on follicular unit extraction (FUE) to extract follicular units relatively quickly to respectively arrange the follicular units in needles. The present invention comprises: a step of rotating a tip of a follicle extraction punch in contact with a scalp around the follicular unit; a step of inserting a first follicle attaching tube into the follicle extraction punch; a step of stopping the rotation of the tip and attaching the follicular unit to the end of the first follicle attaching tube with air pressure inside the tip; a step of moving the first follicle attaching tube and the follicle extraction punch, to which the follicular unit is attached, and separating the follicular unit from the scalp; a step of loading the follicular unit into the tip of the follicle extraction punch by pneumatic control on the first follicle attaching tube; and a step of separating the first follicle attaching tube from the follicle extraction punch in which the follicular unit is loaded.
