With more than 26 million visitors to National Trust places every year, the 350 cafes need to offer something for everyone. Whether that's a steaming hot bowl of soup, a hearty one pot, or a cuppa and cake to linger over, food is an important part ofevery visit.With more than 60 kitchen gardens across the UK, the garden teams work with Food & Beverage colleagues to create seasonal dishes that make the most of the produce they are growing. The National Trust holds the Food for Life Served Here Bronze Award in 188 of their cates, from Packwood House in Worcestershire, to Hidcote in Gloucestershire and Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire.
