ACCC gives Ironbark acquisition all clear

In February, Origin Energy, which has a 37.5 per cent stake in APLNG, announced ir was offloading the Ironbark CSG development for $231 million. Origin would remain in control of the project due to its APLNG stake and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has now announced it will not stand in the way of the deal.
