摘要

The aim of this work is to classify some compounds of dill essential oils for endpoint (acute toxicity) by QSAR Toolbox software (different profilers) and to apply baseline models of acute toxicity for rat and mouse and to calculate excess toxicity for these compounds. This study has demonstrated that most compounds were classified as narcotics. Acute toxicity studies with baseline models for rat and mouse (oral) found that only one compound (carvone) is toxic (excess toxicity (TR) is 3.11) and all other compounds have a narcotic action.
